A County Sheriff Is Literally Begging People To Stop Making Fun Of This Drug Dealer's Mugshot

So this fine looking gentleman pictured above is Orlando Lopez, who was recently pulled over on North Carolina’s I-95 with a mere 98 grams of cocaine and 35 grams of meth on him. Obviously he’s from Florida…..and that’s making zero light of the relationship between drug lords and his ethnicity and the close vicinity between Cuba and Florida……but rather a clear indictment of the fact that he looks like a member of the Barnum and Bailey Circus. And Florida is like the playing pen for all of this country’s misfit toys.

But anyways, now that his state residency has been established, it’s time to discuss the story at hand. As everyone knows, when you commit such a crime, your mugshot gets posted on the internet. Well, the Robeson County Sheriff’s Department posted his mugshot, but they made it very very clear that they wanted NO JOKES in regards to his appearance. No half-headed comments AT ALL.

EVEN THOUGH THIS INDIVIDUAL HAS BEEN CHARGED FOR COMMITTING A CRIME, HE IS STILL SOMEONE’S CHILD/FAMILY MEMBER. IT IS OBVIOUS THAT HE HAS SUFFERED SOME TYPE OF INJURY. PLEASE REFRAIN FROM MAKING JOKES/NEGATIVE COMMENTS. HAVE A BLESSED DAY.

Oh cry me a river, Sheriff! I thought Orlando Lopez was the one who lost his mind (or at least the right side of it), but apparently it’s the Sheriff. First of all, I don’t think you have to post the mugshot on your Facebook page and allow people of the internet to comment. I haven’t read the Constitution lately, but I’m pretty sure that part is left out. You guys post a photo like that, and people are going to make fun, especially if he’s a drug dealer. I love how they call him “someone’s child/family member” like that makes him immune from being a target to jokes. Hey, do you know who else is someone’s child/family member? The people he was selling drugs to.

You would think that this Sheriff’s Department would have heard the saying “don’t do the crime if you can’t do the time”. Well, for some people, the word time might only mean the specific amount of days spent behind bars. But for respected members of society like myself, the punishment also includes having your photo embarrassingly shared across Facebook in front of your family, friends, and hometown. I think I could do a couple months in prison, but I don’t think I could see my name and face in the newspaper. That’s why I’m a law-abiding citizen.

So Robeson County Sheriff’s Office, I must respectfully decline your request to abstain from making jokes. This guy didn’t use his head (or what’s left of it) when speeding with drugs in the car, so I think he deserves whatever comes to him. Anyone with half a brain would know that trafficking meth and cocaine is a bad idea. This dude should’ve hid the drugs on his dome and put a wig on….they’d never find it. Okay, jokes are over. But I will end with this: kudos to the Sheriff’s Department for putting a huge dent into the drug crime.
